Training details & opportunities
1. Who can participate?
First Level Facilitators, Second Level Facilitators and Child Caregivers supporting CBE, IGCSE, IB, North American and Christian curricula, including those working with homeschoolers and Sunday School learners.
2. Is there a registration fee?
No. The training is fully funded through an EGPAK grant.
3. When, where and for how long?
Training starts on 1 November 2026 and runs online for two weeks, Monday to Sunday, with a commitment of at least one hour every day.
If physical sessions are arranged, meals and transport facilitation will be provided.
4. What will participants receive?
Successful participants will be certified to use virtual labs, educational games and Future-Ready Learning Tools on the dschool platform, with access to learning and facilitation resources.
They will also receive a special dschool VIP Card identifying them as a Future-Ready Learners Facilitator.
All participants receive a FREE Reading Blaster program valued at KSh 10,000!
5. What consultancy opportunities follow certification?
Exceptional participants who qualify and become certified will have the opportunity to join the consultants reviewing award-winning books, including Blossom and Math Buddies, at a very lucrative fee per day.
The collection comprises over 71 titles covering STEM, French, German, Spanish and English, spanning ECD–Grade 12 / Preschool–Year 12.
Additional review and facilitation opportunities cover:
- Math Blaster, Reading Blaster, JumpStart Advanced Preschool–Grade 4, and JumpStart World Preschool–Grade 2.
- Junior and Senior Coder solutions and books.
6. Is paid work guaranteed for everyone?
Paid consultancy assignments are reserved for exceptional participants who meet the selection requirements. Daily fees and assignment terms will be communicated to selected consultants before engagement. Completing training does not automatically guarantee employment or immediate income.
Other participants can also participate as part-time consultants on Saturdays and Sundays, using the dschool platform and virtual labs.
